Your continued financial support allows us to help change the lives of many children and their families in Ethiopia. Much of the money donated to us is spent in supporting needy families who are waiting to be linked up with a sponsor. The remainder goes towards one of the projects being undertaken for the enhancement of the community of Gondar. The Kindu Trust has almost 400 beneficiary cases in Addis Ababa and the northern Ethiopian Highlands (270 in Gondar's city slums) and more than 200 families on our waiting list for a sponsor. These people are poor and rarely receive gifts from anyone, and (apart from the lucky families who are sent parcels by their sponsors) they never receive parcels through the post. We would like every family, young adult and elderly person we support or hope to support in future to have a day to remember by giving them each a bag full of gifts.If you are willing to put together and send a bag of gifts to a poor family, young adult or elderly person in Ethiopia to give them a memorable day that they will enjoy reminiscing about for years to come, please have a look at what to send.
